Refund policy

All sales are subject to the terms below.

Custom Installations (arches, event decor)

  • The retainer is strictly non-refundable
  • If production has begun or materials have been purchased, additional payments may also be non-refundable

Ready-Made Products (balloon bouquets and shop items)

  • Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before delivery
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable

General Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after delivery or installation is completed
  • No refunds for damage caused by:
    • weather conditions
    • heat or sunlight
    • improper handling
    • children, pets, or third parties

Balloon Disclaimer

Balloons are fragile and temporary. Deflation, popping, or helium loss over time is normal and not considered a defect.
